Rapid Weight Gain – How To Build Muscle Extra Quick!
If you’re interested in rapid weight gain there are a few key things you gotta keep in mind to make sure you achieve that goal and the weight goes to the right places! I’ve made the mistake before of dirty bulking and although I bulked up quick it was mostly fat which is what we don’t want. To make sure you do it the right way, here are a few tips for you:
1. Eat Complex Carbs
If you want some rapid weight gain where the weight is mostly muscle, avoid the temptation of adding an extra meal in every other day which is a trip to McDonalds or Taco Bell, you’re not going to get the physique you’re after doing that, trust me, I’ve been down this path! You want to eat 5-6 meals a day and have them contain carb sources such as: Oatmeal, brown rice, whole wheat bread, beans, veggies, yams and cottage cheese. Stick to those and you will bulk up fast but in the right places.
2. Push It To The Limit!
When in the gym, you want to make sure you’re busting your butt to the fullest extent! The last few reps are what really build the muscle and separate a recreational lifter from a bodybuilder. If you want that physique, you gotta push yourself extra hard. Just when you feel you can’t do another rep, pause, catch your breath for 2 seconds, then GO AT IT FULL FORCE! And when you thought that was too much, do it again, and AGAIN! I’ve puked after doing this stuff but that’s how you know it’s working
I packed on quite a lot of muscle from those sessions and you feel great after because you know you’ve accomplished a lot.
Those are two tips to real rapid weight gain in all the right areas, however there is one last missing ingredient. You need to have a system laid out for you which you can implement each day, most people don’t have a good plan and if you fail to plan, plan to fail.
