6 Killer Tips On How To Build Muscle Fast
So many of my posts are on how to build muscle fast because that is like the #1 question that I’m always asked. Now obviously the best way to build muscle fast is through some balls to the wall training coupled with some cycles of D-Bol, but if you’re not looking to go the steroid route here is you next best option:
1. Increase Your Strength
If you want to know how to build muscle fast, work on upping your strength so that you can lift heavier weights and thus put on more muscle. You need to lift heavy if you want to get big.
2. Stick To Free Weights
Machine assisted lifts are not as productive for you because they support the weight and don’t allow you to work your stabilizing muscles. Stick to free weights whenever possible.
3. Stick To Compound Movements
Don’t be one of those guys who just does bench presses and bicep curls, make sure you also add squats and deadlifts to your routine. These 2 movements are killer for building muscle and they release a ton of HGH which builds muscle all over your body.
4. Get Enough Rest
You need to get in at least 8-10 hours of sleep each day to ensure you grown from your training.
5. Eat…A LOT
Make sure you’re getting at least 500-1000 calories over your maintenance each day. This should be done in 6 meals spaced 2.5-3 hours apart. Your maintenance calories by the way is [bodyweight x 15].
6. Squat 3x A Week
Ya, this is brutal, but if you want to have a flow of HGH and massive amounts of growth in a short time frame, try squatting 3 times a week!
