Fast Muscle Building Tactics
Interested in some fast muscle building tactics? If you want to put on some mass in a hurry, there are a few tactics you can use to optimize the amount of muscle you add to your body. Here are a few tips to help you do just that:
1. Take Shorter Rests Between Sets
One fast muscle building tactic is to shorten the rest periods between your sets. If you normally rest 1 minute between sets, cut that down to 30 seconds and if you rest 2 minutes between exercises, cut that down to 1 minute. Making this change will shock your body as it is not used to this and this often times leads to more muscle growth.
2. Are You Going #2 Enough?
Hey, the truth is, you can judge your growth by your bowel movements! You need to be eating and eating A LOT if you want to grow a lot. If you up your caloric intake to the point that you find you’re going #2 twice in a day, you know you’re on the right track I’m serious about this! Just imagine how much Jay Cutler must be on the toilet!
3. Sleep More
Most people don’t get enough sleep and this is absolutely critical if you’re a bodybuilder since this is when the muscle is built. Get at least 8 hours of sleep, but preferably 10 if you really want to pack on some mass.
