<p><strong>1.    Don’t Track Your Calories</strong></p>
<p>If gaining weight fast is not for you, then make sure you NEVER count your calories.  Calorie counting will only help you track your results and adjust accordingly and we don’t need that now do we?</p>
<p><strong>2.    Eat Whatever</strong></p>
<p>Don’t want to gain fast?  Just make sure you eat whatever food you find lying around, as long as you stuff your face and your belly, that should be enough to grow, don’t even bother with eating clean foods, just whatever is readily available.</p>
<p><strong>3.    Weight Train When You “Have Time”</strong></p>
<p>Hey, in today’s busy world, you may not always have the time to weight train, but since we don’t care about getting swole all that fast, then who cares!  Just go to the gym whenever, you don’t need a plan for this thing, just train when you feel like it and if you don’t have the time, no skin off YOUR back.</p>
<p><strong>4.    Don’t Push Yourself Too Hard</strong></p>
<p>We don’t want to be in constant pain after our workouts, especially since that means we’ll just be primed to grow, so instead, go light on the weights and take it easy.<br />
Follow these steps and not only will you NOT be gaining weight fast, but you will end up a skinny-fat failed mess!</p>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Want to gain muscle fast?  We all want to get those bodies we see on the cover of bodybuilding magazines but the fact of the matter is it takes massive amounts of work and commitment to get to that point.  The good news is that the human body can be transformed in a relatively short span of time if you’re 100% dedicated and committed, you can make DRASTIC changes, I’ve done it myself.  So what are some of the keys to making these drastic changes?  Here are a few:</p>
<p><strong>1.    You Need To Develop Healthy Eating Habits</strong></p>
<p>If you’re looking to gain muscle fast, you need to be focused on not only eating a lot of food, but eating a lot of healthy food.  Now when you get started with this it can be hard to stick to the diet, but the key is to stick with it long enough that it becomes habit because when that happens, it becomes 10x easier to maintain.</p>
<p>Relying on willpower is not a good way to go about this, you can break too easily under willpower.  However if something is ingrained so deep into you that you do it without thinking, that’s habit and it usually takes between 3 days to 3 weeks to set one up.</p>
<p><strong>2.    Improve Your Strength With Each Weight Training Session</strong></p>
<p>The other key to gain muscle fast I found was to always focus INTENTLY on going up in either reps or weight for all of my exercises.  As long as I focused on this and my diet was in check, I grew consistently, without fail.  If you’re in the gym doing a deadlift of say 250 pounds, and the last time you did that for 7 reps on the first try, the next time around go for 8.  Even if you’re straining to get that 7th out, take up to 5 seconds to catch your breath and go for that 8th one NO MATTER WHAT!  You need to see there being no other choice but to go up in weight.</p>
<p>If you can take this kind of mentality with you to the gym and back it up with diet, you will be unstoppable.  The only other thing is to have a system laid out for all of this, the one I’d suggest is Vince’s No-Nonsense Muscle Building program as when I was using his system I went up 30 odd pounds in 3 months time.  It’s pretty hardcore though, but if you want to gain muscle fast, <a href="http://howtogainweightfast.org/NoNonsenseMuscleBuilding.htm"><strong>click here to check it out.</strong></a></p>

<p><strong>1.     Be Consistent</strong></p>
<p>If you want to gain muscle mass fast, you need to be 100% consistent with your diet and regimen.  If you can stick to it without fail, you can see a major change in as little as 1-2 months time, provided of course you’re following a good system.</p>
<p><strong>2.    Train Intensely!</strong></p>
<p>You need to make sure that every gym session is going to leave you totally drained and spent, you must leave the gym feeling proud of the workout and how hard you went at it, every single time.  There is no room for so-so workouts.  For that 1 hour that you’re in the gym, it’s got to be the most grueling pain filled hour you’ve ever experienced!  This is what it takes to see the major results.</p>
<p><strong>3.    Eat Like Crazy</strong></p>
<p>There are some boundaries though, you don’t want to put on a bunch of fat.  But at the same time you do want to make sure that all that muscle that’s been broken down gets the proper nourishment to repair itself.  Make sure you’re eating well over maintenance calories.</p>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Looking for some fast ways to gain weight?  If you need to pack on weight ASAP and can’t stand being skinny any longer, I’ve got a few tips here to help you do just that:</p>
<p><strong>1.    Don’t Ever Get Hungry</strong></p>
<p>If you’re looking for fast ways to gain weight, one way is to ensure that you never go hungry.  That means eat every 2.5-3 hours and take snacks with you wherever you go.  As far as snacks go, take fruits like apples, bananas, oranges, cheese strings and nuts.  Make sure you are always eating and drinking and you will ensure that your body is getting the nourishment it needs to grow.</p>
<p><strong>2.    Lift Heavy!</strong></p>
<p>This is one of the biggest mistakes I see people making in the gym, they just don’t lift heavy enough!  You need to find a weight which you can do just about 8 reps with until you reach failure and stick with that weight.</p>
<p><strong>3.    Go Up In Weight Or Reps Each Session</strong></p>
<p>When you’re lifting, make a concentrated effort to push out one more rep than usual or if you find you’re up at the 10-12 rep range with a certain weight, try upping the weight by 5 pounds on each dumbbell.   As long as you’re progressively getting stronger, you will end up breaking down more muscle and thus see more and more muscle mass grow.</p>

<p><strong>Lift Light Weights!</strong></p>
<p>Man, I can’t believe how many people do this.  Some people have the misconception that using a light weight for more reps will get them ripped, this is a myth.  The best way to get ripped is to lift HEAVY as it will force your body to retain it’s muscle mass during a caloric deficit.  But for those who are looking to GAIN weight, I really don’t know why they do it.</p>
<p><strong>If You’re Serious…</strong></p>
<p>If you seriously want to build muscle quick, you’re going to have to be willing to push yourself past this pain barrier.  When you do reps, push yourself to absolute muscle failure.  If you think you’re tired and done, take a few breaths and pump out another rep!</p>
<p><strong>Think that’s it?</strong></p>
<p>Nope…</p>
<p>Take a few more breaths and then pump out one last rep!</p>
<p>You’ve got to constantly be pushing yourself if you are to grow and grow quick, that is the trade off.  If you want to grow quick, you have to be willing to put in the work to get those fast results and that means much more intense lifting sessions.</p>
<p><strong>So Now That You Know…</strong></p>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>So many of my posts are on how to build muscle fast because that is like the #1 question that I’m always asked.  Now obviously the best way to build muscle fast is through some balls to the wall training coupled with some cycles of D-Bol, but if you’re not looking to go the steroid route here is you next best option:</p>
<p><strong>1.    Increase Your Strength</strong></p>
<p>If you want to know how to build muscle fast, work on upping your strength so that you can lift heavier weights and thus put on more muscle.  You need to lift heavy if you want to get big.</p>
<p><strong>2.    Stick To Free Weights</strong></p>
<p>Machine assisted lifts are not as productive for you because they support the weight and don’t allow you to work your stabilizing muscles.  Stick to free weights whenever possible.</p>
<p><strong>3.    Stick To Compound Movements</strong></p>
<p>Don’t be one of those guys who just does bench presses and bicep curls, make sure you also add squats and deadlifts to your routine.  These 2 movements are killer for building muscle and they release a ton of HGH which builds muscle all over your body.</p>
<p><strong>4.    Get Enough Rest</strong></p>
<p>You need to get in at least 8-10 hours of sleep each day to ensure you grown from your training.</p>
<p><strong>5.    Eat…A LOT</strong></p>
<p>Make sure you’re getting at least 500-1000 calories over your maintenance each day.  This should be done in 6 meals spaced 2.5-3 hours apart.  Your maintenance calories by the way is [bodyweight x 15].</p>
<p><strong>6.    Squat 3x A Week</strong></p>
<p>Ya, this is brutal, but if you want to have a flow of HGH and massive amounts of growth in a short time frame, try squatting 3 times a week!</p>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Want to gain weight quickly?  Well, it’s a really tricky thing to gain weight quick because you have to be careful that most of those gains are going to wind up being muscle rather than fat.  Now if you’re new to weight training, chances are you will have more of that turn to muscle, you will enjoy the newbie gain stage, but as time goes on, it becomes more difficult to ensure it’s mostly muscle.  So with that in mind, here are some tips for ya:</p>
<p><strong>1.    Never Eat Carbs On Their Own</strong></p>
<p>If you want to gain weight quickly, make sure you never have a meal that is only carbs on it’s own.  If you ever do that, chances are it’s all going to wind up becoming fat, you need to at the very least balance it out with some protein.  If you ensure that you do this for all of your meals, you will have a much better chance of putting on muscle.</p>
<p><strong>2.    Use Weight Gain Shakes</strong></p>
<p>Most people struggle to get in enough solid food to ensure that they grow, for these people, weight gain shakes are the solution.  You can take 1 in the morning and one directly after a workout.  Depending on your weight gain goals, these can be as low as 300 calories each or as high as 1000 calories each.  Be careful though, your bulk will wind up as an epic fail if you try to down too many calories each day.</p>
<p><strong>3.     Train Like CRAZY</strong></p>
<p>Push yourself to the limit when you train if you want all those calories to go to the right places.  If you don’t struggle to walk out of the gym on squat day, you are NOT going hard enough!</p>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>When getting started with bodybuilding, a lot of people tend to ask “What is the best way to build muscle?”.  Now there are many different tips and tricks you can use to get bigger faster but if we are only going to focus on the best, here’s what they would be:</p>
<p><strong>1.     Eat, Eat, EAT!</strong></p>
<p>The best way to build muscle is to make sure you’re getting enough food in your system.  Now this can’t be just any food, you’ve got to make sure it’s quality food, like oatmeal, nuts and chicken for instance.  But as long as you are eating 500-1000 calories over your maintenance calories, you will be putting on noticeable weight with each passing week.</p>
<p><strong>2.    Train Balls To The Wall</strong></p>
<p>The other thing you absolutely must do to build tons of muscle is train like an animal!  That means push yourself through intense amounts of pain in those last few repetitions.  It’s those last few reps that separate the average guys from the champions, so when you think you’ve done enough, stop, take a breath or two, then pump one more out.</p>
<p><strong>3.    Do Compound Movements</strong></p>
<p>What do I mean?  I mean, do exercises that are going to work a lot of muscle groups at once.  That means do things like:</p>
<ul>
<li>Bench Press</li>
<li>Squats</li>
<li>Deadlifts</li>
<li>Military Press</li>
<li>Dips</li>
<li>Clean and Press</li>
<li>Stiff-Leggs</li>
<li>Power Cleans</li>
</ul>
<p>Out of all of these, squats and deadlifts are some of the best exercises you can do since they release a lot of HGH (human growth hormone) which causes muscle growth all over the body.</p>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Want to know the secret to quick muscle gain?  There are many ways to get yourself to grow and grow fast, different things work for different people, but what I’m going to do is throw at you a bunch of methods you can try, one of which will likely suit your needs:</p>
<p><strong>1.    2 Up, Squeeze, 3 Down</strong></p>
<p>What’s all that about?  Well one way to quick muscle gain is executing your exercises with proper form to ensure maximum muscle growth.  Whenever you’re doing an exercise, make sure that as you’re lifting the weight up, do so for 2 seconds, when you reach the top of the motion, squeeze your muscle, then let the weight down slower for a count of 3 seconds.  This ensures your muscles are worked thoroughly.</p>
<p><strong>2.     Reps Of 3-6 For Strength, 6-12 For Size</strong></p>
<p>There is a trade-off you have to consider, do you want to lift to gain strength, or to gain size?  If you’re looking for quick muscle gain, you’re going to want to keep your repetitions in the range of 6-12.  When you start dipping lower than that, you will mainly be focusing on increasing your strength, but will see less muscle growth as a result.</p>
<p><strong>3.    Use Straps</strong></p>
<p>When you’re doing things like deadlifts or shoulder shrugs, it can be helpful to make use of straps so that you’re not limited by your grip strength and can fully train the muscle.  Contrary to many a gym rat’s belief, straps are not for wussies, the best of the best use straps all the time, Jay Cutler, Ronnie Coleman, they both use straps, so join the club and reap the rewards!</p>

<p><strong>1.    Take Creatine</strong></p>
<p>One way how to gain muscle fast is through creatine supplementation.  Immediately when you take it, you will feel your muscles get noticeably larger as your muscles take on more water.  This muscle blowup will only last for as long as you stay on creatine, and given that you’re going to have to cycle on and off it every 6 weeks for 1-2 weeks at a time, that added water weight will not always be with you.  But what you can do while you have that is use it to get a few extra reps when you’re exercising in the gym, which in turn can lead to building more muscle mass which WILL stay.</p>
<p><strong>2.    Take N.O. Supplements</strong></p>
<p>Now it’s true that supplements are only 10% of the equation and diet and exercise is the other 90%, but if you’ve already got everything else under control, N.O. can really mean the difference between a so-so workout and a balls to the wall workout!</p>
