Build Muscle Quickly – It Really All Boils Down To This
So you want to build muscle quickly but don’t know where to get started…Well, I know what it’s like to want to see results NOW and I’ve got both good and bad news for you for that. The good news is, you CAN make DRASTIC changes in how you look in a relatively short time frame(1-3 months). The bad news is, it’s going to take a lot of blood, sweat and tears, probably more than you even realize. But hey, if you’re serious, here’s a killer tip which not many people take seriously enough, but will really make the difference:
Track Your Calories!
If you want to build muscle quickly, you absolutely must be tracking your calories daily. There is NO excuse for not doing this and doing it properly. You need to know exactly how many calories are going into your body each day to be able to change your diet based on the results that you’re getting.
Where Do I Get Started?
First thing you need to do is signup at Fitday.com, they got a great system in place there that makes it real easy to keep track. Second thing you’ll need to do is buy a scale weight so you can weigh in foods like your meats and fruits in oz’s. Yes, buy it! It will take some getting used to but it’s worth it.
Next, you’ll have to take note of everything else you can track easily that has the nutritional info on the back and add all that as “custom entries” into your Fitday account. Now most nutritional facts have it setup for 1 small portion, so you’re going to have to multiply that out if you happen to take more than 1 portion.
Once you got this aspect taken care of, in order to build muscle quickly just eat 500-1000 calories over you maintenance calories(which is bodyweight x 15) and you should start to see some added muscle.
Now if you really want to build muscle quickly, you’re going to have to get a program which goes into a lot more depth than that.
