Looking For The Best Way To Gain Weight? You Can’t Afford To Miss This!

If you’re interested in the best way to gain weight, I got news for ya, It doesn’t exist.  There is no one single way to attack this problem that is the be all and end all solution.  Now, with that said, that’s not to say there aren’t some killer programs out there which work well for the majority of people.  So what I’m going to do to get us started here is go over some powerful tips which are going to get you gaining muscle weight real quick:

1.    Meal Planning

If you’re looking for the best way to gain weight, one of the best things you can do is setup your meals properly.  Now first of all, if you’re serious you’ll setup 5-6 meals for yourself spaced 3-4 hours apart.  Some say 4 meals a day is good, but if you’re serious, you need to move up to at least 5!  What you need to do to ensure most of the food goes to building muscle is eat most of your carbs earlier in the day, then taper off to the end of the day.

Now there is one exception and that is immediately post workout.  Post workout you want to eat a huge chunk of your carb intake so that it can go where it is needed.

2.    Eat, Eat, Eat!

You know one common thing I hear amongst hardgainers is just how hard it is to put on weight.  They say they’ve tried everything, they eat “X” amount and yet they still never put on weight.  Well, I’ve been there and guess what?  You’re not eating enough!  No matter how much you think you’re eating, if you’re not putting on weight all you have to do is just eat more!

Yes, it really is that simple.  No, you’re not a special case   Make sure you’re tracking your calories and make sure you’re eating at a base minimum, 500 calories over maintenance(where maintenance is your bodyweight x 15).  If you are honestly TRACKING YOUR CALORIES and eating 500, even 1000 calories over that number, you will gain weight, end of story.
